Guild’s Gift

PSDS is proud to be a member of the Reigate Business Guild – a community minded collective of almost 200 businesses, organisations, community groups and charities. At its recent Christmas Social hosted by the Reigate Priory Cricket Club, the Guild’s Chairman, Spencer, very kindly presented a cheque for £450 to PSDS. This donation was raised at the Reigate Business Guild Quiz in November, from which proceeds were also donated to the Reigate Christmas Lights.

PSDS became a member of the Guild following our move to 42a Prices Lane in January 2024. Spencer thanked PSDS member Helen for the charity’s support of the Guild which has included parents and some of our teens and young adults helping with litter picking in and around the town, attending and hosting Guild meetings, supporting events and, this year, running the Chocolate Tombola at the Reigate Christmas Fayre.

We have made some great new friends and contacts since joining the Guild and we’re looking forward to further collaborations and mutually beneficial support next year and beyond. Thank you to Reigate Business Guild and its members for helping PSDS and other local charities to continue making a big difference to so many families.
