Deck the Doors

We had fabulous festive fun at our first PSDS Christmas Wreath Making Workshop. Thirty of our members and supporters gathered at 42a for an evening of creativity and catching up, producing wonderful wreaths all round.

The workshop was led by PSDS supporter and friend, Debbie, with a focus on using sustainable elements as the base for the wreaths. Guests brought along their own embellishments to add the finishing touches. Every wreath was different – reflecting the personal taste and personalities of those who took part.

During the evening guests enjoyed delicious savoury and sweet treats and fizz courtesy of sponsorship from Downs Solicitors and Notaries, whose newest office just happens to be in Reigate. Additional very kind sponsorship by Flamme Rouge (a strategic marketing and business development consultancy) covered the cost of materials.

With the added excitement of a raffle which guests generously supported, our wreath making event raised just under £1,000 for PSDS. We are so grateful to Debbie for leading the workshop and providing so much fantastic foliage, plus everyone who took part and our very kind sponsors. What a most wonderful time of the year it was!!
