Super Summer Sing & Sign-Along

Our younger members enjoyed a great afternoon of singing and signing with the wonderful Singing Hands recently at our Summer party. The sun was out, the ice creams were flowing, the props were plentiful and a great time was had by all. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces and to see how much the young people have grown and developed over the last year!

As we are a charity that supports the whole family events like this are not only fun, they provide a valuable opportunity for families to meet up with friends and share experiences. It was also great to see so many of our members’ siblings picking up from where they left off before.

A special thank you to Tracy and Suzanne from Singing Hands and to everyone who came along and joined in. A big thank you also to Jon, Katherine and Hannah for organising the party and to the Charles Lewis Foundation whose very kind grant made the event possible. Here’s to more musical Makaton magic next year!
