Join TeamPSDS For Two Fab Events

There are lots of fun challenges you can take on to raise funds for PSDS and we are grateful to every single person who fundraises for us. But it’s even more fun when you are part of a team! We are looking for participants to join us for two upcoming events:

The Colour Challenge 5k Assault Course – 11am Saturday 31st May near Beare Green in Surrey. This is a family-friendly obstacle course with challenges of varying degrees of difficulty to suit different abilities and ages, from children to adult. The focus is on having fun, you will be covered with colour at the start of the course, cheered on all the way round and likely to end up muddy by the time you cross the finish line! PSDS will cover the sign up fees for taking part in the Colour Challenge, but we ask our team members to raise a minimum of £250 in return. Up for the Challenge? RunReigate – from 9am Sunday 21st September at Priory Park in Reigate. RunReigate is an iconic event attracting thousands of participants with a vibrant event village, great atmosphere, stalls, music and food vendors. Some of our wonderful members have taken part in RunReigate in the past to raise funds for PSDS, but last year was the first time we had representation from TeamPSDS at this event. The combined effort of our group of 15 runners (9 adults and 6 children who together raised an incredible total of over £4,000) was such a success we’d love to build an even bigger team this time round. Runners of all abilities are welcome to take part in distances of 5k, 10k and half marathon. Plus there are 1 mile races in the park itself for children of various ages. PSDS will be present in the event village to welcome our team members, look after their bags and provide pre and post race refreshments.
